Contact form. When you fill out the contact form, we collect your name, email address, your answer to "what brings you here," and your message. We use this only to read and respond to what you sent. To deliver those submissions to us, an email service processes the message on our behalf.

Site analytics. We use privacy-friendly, aggregate analytics to understand how the site is used — page views, referral sources, and performance. This data is anonymous and is not used to identify you personally.

No accounts, no tracking profiles. This site has no login and no shopping cart. We don't build advertising profiles, and we don't sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone.

We use the information you send through the contact form solely to respond to your inquiry and, if you asked for early access, to let you know when it opens. We use aggregate analytics only to improve the site. That's the whole list.

This policy covers this website only. Analytical Ledger the accounting application is a separate product you run on your own machine or your own cloud. Your books and financial data live in your installation, not on this marketing site — we never receive them through this site.

Analytical Ledger is free. If we later add an optional way to donate toward development through a payment processor such as Stripe, that processor would collect the payment details needed to complete your donation under its own privacy policy. We would receive a confirmation that a donation was made and any name or email you chose to share — never your full card number.

We rely on a small number of third-party services that may process data under their own privacy policies:

• An email delivery service — routes contact-form submissions to us
• Site analytics — aggregate, anonymous usage metrics
• Our hosting provider — serves this website

If we add a payment processor for optional donations, it will be listed here once it's live.

We keep contact-form messages only as long as we need them to handle your inquiry and any follow-up. If you'd like us to delete your message and contact details, email us and we will.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To make any of these requests, or if you have a question about your privacy, contact us at the address below.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the effective date above.
